The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder (DSM) likely needs no introduction. This is an invaluable resource as you work through your time in graduate school, but even more so as you enter practice. There is hardly a day that goes by where I don’t check the DSM for some sort of information related to a diagnosis. Although the DSM is not a cheap book and resource, it is worth the investment.
