Overall, this video is a brief explainer of Transactional Analysis. Specifically, we will cover the three ego states: the Parent Ego State, the Child Ego State, and the Adult Ego State. We will also cover the “okays” of Transactional Analysis—I am OK, you are OK; I am not OK, you are OK, and so on.
