While this book is written for parents helping children, I think this book might be helpful for more than just that. Of course, if you are a parent who has a child with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I would certainly recommend this book. That said, it seems that many people who are diagnosed with OCD as an adult have seen the pattern throughout the their whole life, I think this can be a validating book for them.
No matter the situation, this book can help to understand OCD and the effects that it can have on people. I would highly recommend this book for people who have OCD, and also for their family or other important people in their lives.
